Is Day One™ unpaid work for you?
No. It's a scenario built to mirror the role, not a project we use. The client sees how you performed, because that's the proof that gets you hired. They don't keep, use, or ship your work.
Can I really use AI on Day One™?
Yes, and we expect you to. Just tell us how you used it. We score judgment, tone, and output quality.
Will I still interview?
Day One™ replaces the screening rounds: the phone screen, the panels, the take-home. You meet the client once, at the end, after our team has already endorsed you.
Where do you hire from?
We're global, sourcing mainly across the Philippines, Latin America, and more. You're evaluated on your work, and you name your own rate.
What if I'm not matched right away?
If you're accepted, your Day One™, your POP, and your track record live on your profile, so when the right client comes through, you're already proven.
