Application Review

Every applicant applies to a specific job, submits a resume and references, and answers job-specific questions. This helps us assess their critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and qualifications before moving forward.

Unicorn Assesment

This isn’t your typical DISC assessment. After filling 1000+ positions, we’ve perfected a proprietary tool to assess not just skills, but personality and culture fit. It ensures candidates will seamlessly integrate into your team before moving forward.

Panel Interview

AI screening is great, but it can’t replace human interaction. We ensure our talent has the knowledge, presence, and personality to deliver results for you. Building relationships with our talent is key – that’s how we help you thrive.

Talent Pool Approval

You’d think after screening, assessments, and interviews, the perfect talent is ready. Not quite. We only keep the top 0.1% in our pool.
