💳 How does payment work?

Simple, transparent, all-inclusive. 🤩

  • One flat monthly fee: $2600 (Full-time, 40 hrs/week)
  • No surprise fees. No long-term commitment.
  • Includes your Unicorn, tech stack, daily performance reviews, Success Team support, and ongoing upskilling.

To reserve your spot, we require a $500 deposit. That’s it.

Once you approve your Unicorn, we’ll process your monthly payment the day before they start. Your deposit will be applied to your first month payment.

We handle HR, payroll, compliance, and performance management — so you can focus on growth. ✅
